The person in this role will manage the entire procurement cycle for indirect categories (Facility Management, Workplace, Consulting, Security, etc.), from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives, by negotiating terms with service providers and ensuring that procurement meets the objectives and needs of internal clients and the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operational Procurement

  • Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders within the allotted timeframes, particularly for maintenance, upkeep, security, and facility services;
  • Solicit, analyze, and compare quotes (RFQ) from service providers in the FM, Workplace, Consulting, and Security categories;
  • Ensure follow-up of recurring orders (maintenance contracts, general services, guarding, cleaning, etc.) and manage supplier disputes or non-conformities;

Strategic Procurement
