IRELAND / REMOTE-FIRST – REGULAR CLIENT TRAVEL DUBLIN, GALWAY, CORK, WATERFORD

We are seeking an exceptional AI technical authority who can immediately represent Brightbeam's capabilities at the highest level of client engagement. As Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own our most complex client technical relationships – running executive discovery sessions, building production-quality AI prototypes, defining transformation roadmaps, and mentoring the FDE team. You will combine deep AI/ML expertise with senior stakeholder experience, working directly with C-level technical stakeholders to architect and deliver transformative AI-enabled systems.

This is a senior technical role with genuine influence - over client strategy, over Brightbeam's AI architectural patterns, and over the development of the engineers around you.

Key requirements:

  • 8+ years in client-facing technical roles

  • Deep GenAI expertise - transformer architectures, foundation models, RAG, prompt engineering

  • Production AI experience with measurable business impact

  • Senior stakeholder engagement at C-level in technical discussions

  • AI evaluation expertise - LLM testing, hallucination detection, bias assessment

  • Demonstrated mentorship and capability-building at senior engineering level
