Salary conditions
1,750 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,450 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation period is around 300 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average 1,000 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, it is possible to receive a one-time adaptation bonus in the amount of 50% of your starting base salary.

- taking care of premium clients,
- selling all banking products and services from the VÚB banka portfolio,
- actively (by phone and in person) reaching out to current and potential bank clients from the premium client segment,
- searching for various business opportunities.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving exam (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of banking experience
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
