Salary conditions
1 850 EUR/month
The starting basic salary is 1 550 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1000 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting basic salary.

- take care of premium clients,
- sell all banking products and services from the VÚB bank portfolio,
- actively approach (by phone and in person) current and potential bank clients from the premium client segment,
- identify various business opportunities.
What you can expect from us:

- A performance reward. Once a year you will receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on the fulfillment of company and your individual targets.

- A credit in the VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 EUR, which increases with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (pillar III).

- 190 EUR per year as a clothing allowance.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of banking experience
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
