Salary conditions
2 050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 650 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill – it may be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 1800 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Banker, your tasks will be to:
- identify clients' needs, analyze their requirements and find the most ideal solutions for them,
- provide expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- build a trusting relationship with clients,
- continuously educate yourself on news in the financial world and grow professionally.
What you can expect from us

Required experience
The position suits candidates with education:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- bank and investment products are not foreign to you,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- English language skills and an economics-related education are an advantage.
