Salary conditions
2,150 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,750 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful onboarding period is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average 1,800 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, there is an opportunity to receive an onboarding bonus of 50% of your starting base salary. For working in a shopping center, we will additionally reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR.

In the position of Personal Banker, your task will be:
- to take care of Magnifica clients,
- to identify client needs, analyze their requirements, and find the most ideal solutions for them,
- to provide expert advice in the field of products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- to build a confidential relationship with clients,
- to constantly educate yourself about news in the world of finance and grow professionally.

Required experience
The position is suitable for applicants with education:
- secondary education with a school-leaving exam
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you know how to actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find an optimal solution,
- banking and investment products are not foreign to you,
- you have argumentation skills and a sales spirit,
- you are a trustworthy and honest person,
- English language and education in economics are an advantage.
