Salary conditions
2 050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 650 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is 400 EUR and depends on your skill, so it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 1800 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

In the role of Personal Banker, your tasks will be:
- looking after Magnifica clients,
- identifying clients' needs, analyzing their requirements and finding the most ideal solutions for them,
- providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- building a confidential relationship with clients,
- continuously learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.

- Performance reward. Once a year you will receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual goals.

- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for this position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- banking and investment products are not foreign to you,
- you have argumentation skills and a business mindset,
- you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- English language skills and an economics-related education are an advantage.
