Salary conditions
2 200 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 800 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1 800 EUR, depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Banker, your tasks will include:
- taking care of Magnifica clients,
- identifying client needs, analyzing their requirements and finding the most ideal solutions for them,
- providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- building a trusted relationship with clients,
- continuously learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- bank and investment products are not foreign to you,
- you have strong argumentation skills and a business mindset,
- you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- English and an economics-related education are an advantage.
