Together with our General Manager and Operations Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for bringing the best colleagues on board and ensures that the team has everything it needs. Through close contact with our employees, you ensure that not only is the salary in the account on time, but that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us.
Job Description
What does your working day look like …
- You take comprehensive and independent responsibility for personnel management of all colleagues including implementation of projects to optimize HR strategy and HR action plans, because we have big plans
- You contribute to the house budgeting, support department heads in team composition
- Management of all personnel files and cooperation with external payroll accounting are also part of your daily to-dos
- You are present as a host and as a manager for all employees and also enjoy training newcomers to the team yourself
- You recognize talent and develop it together with the General Manager
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have several years of professional experience in HR management in hotels or gastronomy and speak fluent English
- You bring assertiveness, consistency and team spirit to optimally support colleagues in employee management
- You can inspire colleagues and accompany them in their development
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you've made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
