Together with our General Manager and the Operations Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for bringing the best colleagues on board and ensuring that the team has everything it needs. Through close contact with our employees, you ensure that not only is the salary in the account on time, but that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys working with us.
Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You take holistic and independent responsibility for the personnel management of all colleagues, including the implementation of projects to optimize the HR strategy and the HR action plan, because we have big plans
- You contribute to the hotel's budgeting and support department heads in team composition
- The administration of all personnel files and cooperation with external payroll accounting are also part of your daily to-dos
- As a host and manager, you are present for all employees and also enjoy training newcomers to the team yourself
- You identify talent and promote it together with the General Manager
Qualifications

- You have several years of professional experience in HR management in the hotel or catering industry and speak fluent English
- You bring assertiveness, consistency, and a team-oriented mindset to optimally support colleagues in employee management
- You can inspire colleagues and accompany them in their development
- You are a doer – and openly admit it when you have made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
