WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Identify and close new partners across affiliates, event sponsorships, and community offerings — owning outreach from first contact to signed agreement
— Onboard every new partner completely into the database, app listing, newsletter, offers, and deliverable tracker before anyone has to ask
— Track and execute all partner deliverables across events, campaigns, and affiliate programs so nothing promised slips
— Send the weekly Partners Newsletter every Tuesday and maintain the partner database, contracts, offers, and KPI tracking
— Produce AI-powered Community Pulse summaries surfacing partner mentions and insights from across community channels
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Experience in partnerships, sales, or BD — with a track record of closing deals, not just managing them
— Equally comfortable sending a cold outreach email and cleaning up a database
— Operational discipline: you onboard fully, track deliverables proactively, and treat the database as a live system, not an archive
— Familiarity with CRMs and ops tools — Airtable, ClickUp, SignNow, or similar
— Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your regular workflow
— Strong written English — you'll be writing outreach, a weekly newsletter, and partner comms
— Based in LATAM (US, Canada, Mexico, or Argentina preferred). Travel required minimum 3x per year
— Available 10AM–3PM EST core hours
COMPENSATION
— USD $3,000–$4,000/month (band reflects balance of sales track record and operational depth)
