Overview
Join the Origination & Advisory team of IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Mid Cap, where you will develop and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and local advisors, with the goal of originating transactions in M&A, ECM, and Structured Finance. You will contribute to defining commercial and coverage strategies, collaborating with territorial commercial structures, execution teams, and the bank's specialized platforms to identify business opportunities and support clients in their growth and strategic transformation processes.
What you will do
- Develop and consolidate relationships with entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and local advisors
- Identify business opportunities and originate transactions in M&A, ECM, and Structured Finance
- Coordinate commercial activities with the bank's territorial structures and specialized execution teams
- Support the definition of coverage strategies and marketing of Investment Banking services
- Promote integration between commercial activities and the bank's product platforms
- Manage strategic dialogue with corporate client management
- Collaborate with origination teams on cross-border transactions
- Monitor the market and sector trends, identifying new development opportunities
- Coordinate complex project processes involving multidisciplinary teams
- Support the positioning of the Group's Investment Banking offering with Mid Cap clients
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- at least 10 years of experience in Investment Banking in M&A or ECM;
- advanced knowledge of M&A transactions;
- knowledge of the ECM market and equity capital markets transactions;
- knowledge of the main Structured Finance solutions;
- knowledge of financial markets and Investment Banking processes;
- ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions;
- availability for frequent travel throughout the country;
- fluent knowledge of the English language
The following knowledge represents a preferential qualification:
- established network of relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and corporate clients;
- experience in cross-border transactions;
- advanced use of the Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering
