Job Description
What does your workday look like...
- You ensure not just satisfied, but enthusiastic guests at the reception
- You are the point of contact for guests for all their needs
- You are a host with passion
- You love being the first point of contact for guests
- You create statistics & reports
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume...
- Training in the hotel industry is an advantage
- First experience in reception services is desirable
- Communication with guests is exactly your thing
- Preferably you already have the necessary know-how to give real Hamburg insider tips
- You have the ability to inspire not just guests but also colleagues
