Salary conditions
2 000 EUR/month
Starting basic salary is 1 600 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill – it can be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 2 000 EUR, depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting basic salary.

Mortgage specialist at our bank:

independently sells mortgage loans and provides complete services to company clients who are interested in mortgage loans

faces high requirements for meeting the business plan in mortgage loans, as well as for cross-selling other bank products.

develops his or her own activities to support fulfilling the plan

benefits from a motivating remuneration system built on a significant commission component (on a monthly basis)

values a transparent and fair system of further career growth into management positions based on achieved results

handles continuous learning and professional growth (numerous internal trainings, workshops, self-study)

Performance reward. Once a year you receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual goals.

Meal allowance fully paid by the employer with no employee contribution.

Up to 10 days of paid leave beyond the statutory minimum every year.

Credit at VÚB Cafeteria up to 300 EUR, which grows with the number of years worked.

Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (III. pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- experience in active sales of mortgage loans – A REQUIREMENT,
- demonstrable excellent business results in the past,
- passion for sales,
- integrity and trustworthiness.
