Job description
As part of the development of our collaborative environments and the Digital Workplace, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Expert with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
You will work on digital transformation projects, modernising collaborative spaces, automating business processes and deploying solutions based on the Microsoft 365 environment.
In particular, you will be asked to:
- Design, administer and evolve Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
- Deploy and administer SharePoint Online solutions
- Design SharePoint sites, collaborative spaces, intranets and document management solutions
- Implement business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop Power Apps applications, Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps
- Automate processes and workflows with Power Automate
- Use Microsoft Dataverse for data management and structuring
- Take part in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Support business teams in identifying Copilot and generative AI use cases
- Work on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online environments
- Take part in defining the architecture and Microsoft 365 / Power Platform governance
- Manage rights, permissions and access in connection with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Contribute to security, compliance, identity management and data governance topics
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of solutions
- Write technical documentation and best practices
- Support users in adopting new collaborative practices
Qualifications
You have proven experience of at least 4 years in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and master several of the following technologies:

Significant expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform is particularly sought after.
You also have a good understanding of the following issues:

- Microsoft 365 collaboration
- Adoption and change management
- Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot
Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph / Graph API, REST API, SPFx / SharePoint Framework, Azure, Power Platform ALM, Power Platform connectors or low-code / no-code development would be highly appreciated.
