The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager for Singapore, you will be the driving force behind Nutanix's marketing

presence and pipeline generation in one of ASEAN's most strategically important markets. This

is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope — you will own the end-to-end

marketing motion for Singapore across field, digital, partner, and executive engagement

programs, working closely with sales, channel, and regional marketing leadership to deliver

measurable business outcomes.

Demand Generation & Pipeline

• Build and execute strategy for Singapore, on expansion as well as new customer

acquisition – taking a programmatic approach encompassing ABM/ABX, digital

campaigns as well as overall pipe creation and progression

• Develop and execute integrated, multi-touch demand generation programs targeting

public sector, enterprise and commercial accounts in Singapore across Nutanix's priority

solution areas

• Build and manage a healthy marketing-sourced pipeline, tracking contribution from

campaign through to closed revenue in close collaboration with the Singapore sales

team

• Own the full funnel from awareness to pipeline. Plan and execute high-impact field

marketing activities including executive roundtables, customer luncheons, partner co-

marketing events, and flagship Nutanix events such as .NEXT on Tour.

• Develop locally relevant content and campaign adaptations that resonate with

Singapore's enterprise technology buyers — grounding global messaging in local market

context

• Track and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, continuously

improving conversion rates and cost per pipeline dollar

Channel & Partner Marketing

• Develop and execute co-marketing programs with Nutanix' key Singapore partners —

distributors, resellers, SIs, and OEM/alliance partners

• Manage MDF investment for Singapore, ensuring partner-funded activities drive

measurable pipeline and are executed with full compliance and proof of execution

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Singapore Country Manager and sales leadership to align

marketing priorities directly to revenue targets and account plans

• Partner with the ASEAN regional marketing team to leverage centrally developed

campaigns, assets, and programs — adapting them effectively for the Singapore market

• Manage relationships with external agencies, event vendors, and media partners to

deliver high-quality execution within budget

Experience

• 8–10 years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in Field

Marketing role in Singapore

• Proven track record of delivering marketing-sourced pipeline and demonstrating clear

revenue contribution from marketing activities

• Experience across field marketing, digital demand generation, and channel/partner

marketing — you understand the full mix and know when to lean into each

• Hands-on experience managing events and executive engagement programs for senior

IT and business audiences in Singapore

• Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions — cloud infrastructure, SaaS,

cybersecurity, or adjacent — and the enterprise buying cycle that surrounds them

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong strategic thinking — you can read the Singapore market, identify the highest-

leverage opportunities, and build a quarterly plan that reflects them

• Excellent stakeholder management — you are comfortable presenting to senior sales

leaders, engaging with CIO-level customers, and working with global marketing

counterparts

• Data-driven decision making — you use pipeline data, campaign analytics, and market

intelligence to make informed investment decisions, not gut feel

• Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a compelling executive

invitation, a punchy LinkedIn post, and a QBR slide with equal confidence

• Project management discipline — you can run multiple programs simultaneously

without dropping quality or deadlines

• Collaborative by default — you work well in a matrixed organization where influence

matters as much as authority
