The Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and business growth of the Global TH and TJ Women’s Bags, Belts and SLGs product groups (including NOS, collaborations, and the international markets line), working closely with the merchandising, design, and product development teams on 4 collections per year.
The main tasks consist of:

Analyzing the competitive landscape: product trends, competition’s price points and breadth of offer, and "white space" opportunities to capture market share.

Developing seasonal product briefs in line with key KPI targets: sales Vol./Val., ASP, collection size, productivity, margins, and product trends.

Presenting the collection to both leadership and sales managers during several touch points, receiving feedback and articulating it into the collection.

Attending and actively participating in all product-related reviews: collection mapping, product brief, sketch review, DCR with countries, pre-sms, pricing meeting.

Preparing regular analysis related to product: sell in, sell-out, top sellers, retail price structure, etc.

Defining seasonal forecasts and delivery plan.

Preparing the SMS strategy and file for samples sent to showrooms.

Leading Market Launch assets to ensure key stories come to life: Digital Showroom presentation content, Showroom product focuses, product stories for still life shoots, and commercial looks.

Ensuring accurate and timely line execution according to the division’s calendar.
The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a merchandising role.

Experience in category-relevant product development is highly desirable.

Proven ability to build a merchandising brief and follow the process of building a collection from concept to consumer.

Product understanding and interest for the world of accessories, with knowledge of the key competitive players.

Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Fluent in English both written and oral.

Strong and confident communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks successfully.

Available to travel for market visits and competitive landscaping (about 4 times a year).
