- 8 or more years in treasury, structured finance, or financial operations within a lending or fintech environment; or 6 or more years with a relevant advanced degree
- Hands-on experience with credit facilities, borrowing base calculations, and covenant compliance — comfortable owning these end-to-end
- Flexible hybrid role based in Manhattan with 3 in-office days per week
