Client Relationship Manager (m/f) in Micro-Enterprise and Craftsman Business
(work location Zagreb)
The position covers the entire sales process, specifically:
- direct sales of risk and non-risk products
- payment transaction tasks and sales support
- contacting and acquiring new clients
- monitoring client relationships – managing the existing client portfolio
- collecting documentation and processing applications for risk products
- writing credit proposals
- administration of relevant (contractual and other) documentation
- creating plans and implementing the collection of overdue receivables
Formal requirements that candidates must meet are as follows:
- University degree/Professional degree in Economics
- 2 years of work experience in the banking/financial sector
- experience working with clients
- active knowledge of English in speech and writing
