Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking passionate, proactive, and results-driven LLM Sources Manager who is excited to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces challenges as opportunities, and is motivated to bring fresh ideas to the table. This role must accelerate the company’s share of voice across different LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) by collaborating with websites that serve as sources for LLMs. You will be fully responsible for this type of collaboration, from sourcing and analyzing sources to negotiations and publication. The role is based in Ukraine/Poland. Responsibilities: LLM Sources Analytics - The ability to independently assess the quality of sources and determine the priority of collaboration with them. Outreach for paid publications - Lead the outreach process to identify relevant, LLM-trusted websites Outreach for guest posting or link exchange - Find websites and negotiate for content posting and link exchange. Competitor strategy analysis - Conduct audits of competitor websites to find new opportunities and linking building strategies. Broken/Removed LLM-sources control - Identify broken links or removed paid links on websites and reach out to restore them. Reporting - Create regular reports that track the number of sources acquired, the quality of the links, and their impact on LLMs. Requirements: We are looking for a middle specialist with 2+ years of experience in Link-Building and an understanding of how to increase a share of voice inside LLMs.
