As a Junior Brand Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will make our hotel and F&B brands shine. You will develop creative marketing ideas, manage our social media channels, create content, and ensure that our brands have the exact impact they should, both online and offline. Together with Sophie, our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will organize events, implement exciting collaborations, and make our hotel the talk of the town. No two days are the same – that is exactly what makes this job so special.
Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You develop and implement creative marketing measures for our hotels and F&B outlets together with the Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager.
- You create image, video, and text content in German and English for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn)
- You manage our guest communication – both online and offline
- You plan and organize press, influencer, and customer events
- You bring our monthly SPOTLIGHT events to the stage – from planning to marketing
- You maintain and update our websites as well as online profiles and OTA channels
- You create and send our marketing newsletters
- You build local collaborations and maintain partnerships with brands, media, and businesses in the neighborhood
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have initial professional experience in a similar role in the hotel or tourism industry and speak good English
- You are an organizational talent and enjoy organizing events and being creative
- You are a doer – and an open and flexible personality, with no fear of making contact
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
- You have a hands-on mentality
