Job description
As a Jira and Confluence Administrator at Ubisoft Montréal, you will report to the team lead and administer the Atlassian applications used by production and service teams. You will contribute to the reliability and security of these tools, support Ubisoft's teams and take part in the migration from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud Recruitment KOM...rator.docx+1 .
What you will do
- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence, including projects, spaces, workflows, screens, request types and permissions
- Monitor the status, performance and availability of the platform and identify areas for improvement
- Gather requirements from production and service teams and improve workflows and request-handling processes
- Configure Jira automations and maintain integrations and applications from the Atlassian Marketplace
- Carry out migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud, including testing, validation and post-migration support
- Coordinate the migration with teams to limit disruptions to their work
- Manage access, groups and security settings in line with internal requirements
- Provide technical support and training to Ubisoft teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides
- Identify ways to automate manual tasks and improve how teams use Atlassian tools
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence in an organization with many users
- Configuring workflows, automations, permission systems and other Jira settings; experience with Atlassian Cloud is an asset
- Administering Atlassian Marketplace applications such as ScriptRunner, Xray and others
- Resolving application-related issues through rigorous assessment and troubleshooting
- Communicating in French and English to support the Montréal teams and Ubisoft colleagues around the world
- Collaborating with production and service teams to understand their needs and help them use the tools
- Managing multiple requests simultaneously, working with rigor and handling access and security responsibly
- Holding an Atlassian Certified Professional certification is an asset
