IT Support Intern

Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Providing continuous support to users and resolving IT issues.
  • Resolving, tracking, and escalating incoming tickets to the next level of support.
  • Recording and documenting the problem-solving process.
  • Maintaining contact with IT departments and external service providers.
  • Learning bank-level IT processes.
  • Actively participating in projects.

This is for you if:

  • You can commit to 30 or even 40 hours per week.
  • You have a secondary education in IT and possess a strong affinity for IT.
  • You have basic English language skills in both speaking and writing.
  • You have good problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing.
  • You are open to learning new technologies.
  • Your work is characterized by precision and flexibility.
  • You are capable of working both in a team and independently, and you have a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
  • Your work is characterized by a customer-centric mindset.
  • You have a high level of stress tolerance.
