Job description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic, international product team. You will work at the heart of the product lifecycle, in close collaboration with technical, business and client teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and formalize business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a good understanding of requirements
- Take part in defining the product roadmap
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products
- Monitor developments and validate the compliance of deliverables
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders (product, tech, business)
Qualifications
- Graduate of a leading engineering school in computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in functional analysis, product management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication skills, in French and English
- Comfortable in complex technical environments
- Ability to work in an agile mode (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Collaborative mindset and results orientation
