Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in supporting field marketing activities and especially in our Flagship event, WoW Tokyo, and have the fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing . You will also be:

  • Drive event registrations– Help craft engaging campaigns to attract attendees.
  • Create Design Graphics – For socials and landing pages
  • Support event logistics – Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing field marketing events.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc event tasks – Jump in where needed to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies – Work with a dynamic team to enhance brand presence.

[Minimum Commitment & Working Conditions]

  • Internship duration: 6–12 months (long-term)
  • Working hours: 24–30 hours per week (flexible arrangements available during exam periods)
  • Work style: Must be able to commute to the office

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing) – or willing to learn!
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – or willing to learn!
  • Strong Japanese Language skills N2 and up

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in event planning and marketing – experience in school clubs, student organizations, or volunteer events is a plus!
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments

Marketing Intern
