In our Maintenance department, we ensure that everything works perfectly so that our guests can enjoy their stay and our colleagues can do their jobs without any hitches.
We are looking for a general maintenance technician to join our team, working under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

This is how you will make our hotel something special...
- You will collaborate with your manager and colleagues in the department on every technical job in the hotel, whether big or small.
- You will perform ordinary and routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing air conditioner filters.
- Small repairs.
- Support for internal hotel construction projects, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure and systems present in the facility.
- You will manage both scheduled maintenance and received reports with your colleagues.
- You will know how to follow instructions, but you will also be curious and proactive.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the civil or hotel sector.
- General knowledge of maintenance, with a preference for candidates with specializations in fields such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar.
- Good manual skills and versatility in the role of a handyman.
- Availability for on-call duty.
- You are collaborative and detail-oriented.
- You speak English at a sufficient level.
- You bring not only your skills but also your personality.

Working hours: In shifts from 07:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.
Work location: Florence (FI)
Initial 6-month contract with the goal of a permanent position.
We offer a full-time seasonal contract aimed at a permanent position, with a C3 level classification under the CCNL Federturismo - Aica Confindustria agreement with a gross annual salary (RAL) between €21.000 and €25.000, commensurate with experience.
