This role will play a key part in lead generation and strengthening our brand awareness through targeted marketing actions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven experience in implementing effective marketing strategies, aligned with business objectives and fostering customer engagement. Fluent English/French proficiency is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs to generate new prospects and fuel the pipeline.
  • Field Event Management: Plan, organize and execute high-impact field events (regional events, roundtables, conferences) to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead a flagship event from the "Procurement Innovation on Tour" series in your region, overseeing end-to-end organization: program development, speaker coordination, venue selection, catering and all other planning and logistics activities.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and deploy ABM strategies targeting key account segments; create personalized marketing programs addressing specific customer needs to drive lead generation and conversion of targeted accounts.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with product marketing and digital teams (events, webinars, digital initiatives) to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs and sales objectives, ensuring marketing actions effectively support business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
