What your workday looks like…

  • You take overall responsibility for our Event & Groups department and, together with your team, manage the entire organizational process – from creating quotes and planning to the follow-up of all events and groups. You always keep an eye on budgets, key performance indicators, and economic goals.
  • You take care of the conception, management, and support of events, seminars, internal functions, and cooperation projects with clients.
  • You work closely with our internal F&B departments, from calculation and planning to the billing of events.
  • Together with our Sales Manager Mario, you look after our regular clients, build long-term customer relationships, and are involved in client acquisition.
  • During the follow-up of events, you independently implement improvement measures and conduct professional complaint management with clients.
  • You keep an overview even when every room in the house is sold out at the same time and things are heating up.
  • You take care of the ongoing maintenance of our event and reservation systems and ensure that all event, group, and master data are complete, current, and correctly stored at all times.
  • You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and manage to build the best rapport with our clients to make every event unforgettable.
