About the role
We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for growing and managing business. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to achieve revenue growth.
In accordance with our hybrid work policy, we are looking for someone who can commute to our Seoul office in South Korea. (518 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
What you will be doing
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipelines.
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong and effective relationships to create growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partner sales organizations and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in sales training, including well-structured sales bootcamps, advanced sales training, and leadership development programs.
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, with experience in acquiring new customers, expanding accounts, and managing complex sales processes.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
- Ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex enterprise-grade software.
- Ability to build business champions.
- A competitive nature with a strong desire for success.
- Excellent English proficiency.
