Overview
You will join Workspace And Endpoint Service Execution, within Group Technology & Services and specifically in the Digital Services department, where you will contribute to the management and continuous improvement of maintenance intervention processes and service levels for Cash Machines (ATM/MTA/CSA/CICO).
What you will do
- Cash Machine monitoring
- Administer third-party monitoring systems and reporting systems
- Identify and analyse the root causes (Root Cause Analysis) of recurring problems
- Collect logs and technical information
- Carry out remote checks on devices
- Implement corrective and preventive actions involving the relevant offices and suppliers
- Produce and update reports on managed devices
- Release tools to monitor the Cash Machine scope
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collect, process and validate data from heterogeneous corporate systems (using corporate AI services)
- Prepare dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
- Monitor KPIs, analyse trends and identify deviations from defined SLAs
- Produce periodic reports for management and support decision-making processes
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are looking forward to hearing from you:
- 1-3 years of experience in the role
- Degree in STEM disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and products
- Good knowledge of POWER BI
- Good skills in AI, developing solutions for automating and improving the efficiency of business processes, such as problem solving, delivery and analytics
- English language level B1
The following knowledge is a preferred qualification:
- ITIL framework and Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
Candidates who have gained significant professional or academic experience in international contexts will be given preference.
