Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

Overview

Within the Cybersecurity Regulation, Guidance & Culture structure, you will support Governance activities and, in particular, oversight of specific regulatory requirements, the evolution of the organization, Group processes and rules, and the management of relationships with authorities and key peers. You will also have the opportunity — in an international, dynamic, and rapidly growing context — to work closely with different professional backgrounds and corporate cultures.

What will your activities be

  • Represent cybersecurity and business continuity management strategies, objectives, and results to top management, corporate bodies, and internal/external stakeholders of interest
  • Define, maintain, and verify the Group's Information Security Plan and Operational Continuity Plan
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness programs to increase awareness of cyber threats among key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure, within your areas of responsibility, oversight of relationships with supervisory bodies, institutional entities, judicial authorities, law enforcement, major companies, and industry and professional associations, guaranteeing information and involvement of corporate control functions for relevant aspects
  • Govern the internal regulatory framework (policies, rules, operational guides, and models) for cybersecurity and business continuity at Group level

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Business Continuity
  • Educational background in scientific, economic, or legal fields related to cybersecurity and business continuity topics
  • Experience in cyber projects/activities
  • Knowledge of the main reference frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc.) and main regulations (e.g., Law 133 on the national cyber security perimeter, Circular 285, NIS2 Directive, DORA, PSD2, etc.) in cybersecurity and business continuity
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, ability to process quantitative/qualitative data and draft documents for top management (for example, presentations, executive summaries, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge and mastery of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

The following knowledge represents a preferential qualification:

  • Certifications obtained in cybersecurity and business continuity
  • Knowledge of information systems and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), including infrastructure and network security, info-physical security solutions, and change management processes
  • Knowledge of main innovative technologies and their application in Cybersecurity such as Internet of Things, A.I., etc.
  • Knowledge of attack scenarios and techniques, vulnerabilities, and threats that could compromise the security of banking systems and customers
