Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Advisory services for small and micro-business clients regarding banking products.
- Cross-selling.
- Engaging in active acquisition activities and prospecting for potential clients in the small business segment.
- Initiating cold calls to businesses that are not yet CIB Bank customers.
- Performing administrative tasks related to calls.
- Complaint handling over the phone.
- Supporting and monitoring the services of the banking group.
- Handling product usage promotion and customer retention calls.
This is for you if:

You are looking for a 6-hour part-time position (working hours: 9:00–15:00, 3–4 times per month 12:00–18:00).

Working entirely in home office is not a problem for you (training period approximately 1 week in person at the CIB24 Budapest office).

You have at least secondary-level education.

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
