Salary conditions
1 520 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR. After successful adaptation, you can expect monthly bonuses, which average around 220 EUR/month, and whether it will be more depends on your skills. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

We are expanding our team in our Digital Branch with new colleagues.
We are looking for communicative colleagues who will work on retention – saving clients, increasing client satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience with VÚB bank.
We are looking for people who have professional conduct, want to develop their potential, and are eager to advise clients on how to secure their wealth for future periods.
We will teach you everything else with the help of our great colleagues and managers in the Digital Branch :)

Your tasks will be:
- helping clients find the ideal solution,
- specializing especially in saving clients in the area of mortgages or accounts,
- increasing client satisfaction with our bank,
- handling outgoing and incoming calls and email communication on a daily basis,
- telephone offers and sales of VÚB products,
- expanding knowledge about existing and new bank products.

- Performance bonus. Once a year you will receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual goals.

- Credit in VÚB Cafeteria up to 300 euros, which grows with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 euros per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- secondary education with graduation
- first-degree university education
- second-degree university education
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are an ideal candidate for us if:
- you have a pleasant and professional demeanor,
- you are patient and not easily upset,
- you are not opposed to new challenges and enjoy helping others,
- you are independent and know how to organize your time well,
- you have excellent written and oral communication skills in Slovak.
It is an advantage if:
- you speak English,
- you have previously worked in a financial institution or call center.
