Salary conditions
1,520 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,300 EUR. After a successful adaptation period, you can also look forward to monthly bonuses, which average 220 EUR/month, and whether it will be more depends on your skills. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

We are expanding our ranks in our Digital Branch with new colleagues.
We are looking for communicative colleagues who will handle retention – client rescue, increasing client satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience with VÚB banka.
We are looking for people who have a professional demeanor, want to develop their potential, and have the desire to advise clients on how to secure their wealth for the future.
We will teach you everything else with the help of our super colleagues and managers in the Digital Branch :)

Your task will be:
- helping clients find the most ideal solution,
- specializing mainly in client rescue in the area of mortgages or accounts,
- increasing client satisfaction with our bank,
- handling outgoing and incoming calls and email communication on a daily basis,
- telephone offers and sales of VÚB products,
- expanding knowledge about existing and new bank products.

Required experience
The position is suitable for applicants with education:
- secondary education with a school-leaving exam
- university degree (1st cycle)
- university degree (2nd cycle)
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are the ideal candidate for us if:
- you have a pleasant and professional demeanor,
- you are patient and nothing easily throws you off balance,
- you are not afraid of new challenges and like to help others,
- you are independent and know how to organize your time well,
- you have excellent written and oral expression in the Slovak language.
It is an advantage if:
- you speak English,
- you have worked in a financial institution or call center in the past.
