We are currently looking for a person for the position of CUSTOMER ADVISOR (m/f/x) in our store.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competent advice on clothing and style
- Being an ambassador of our brand
- Building long-term relationships with customers and acquiring new ones
- Independence in carrying out tasks
- Presenting merchandise and maintaining VM standards
- Handling complaints
- Taking care of the store's attractive appearance
- Operating the cash register
YOUR SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in sales, professional customer service
- Interest in fashion
- Ease in making contacts and building relationships
- Openness and goal orientation
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- English language skills an advantage
- Readiness to work shifts, including weekends
