Managing complex, fast-moving workflows across multiple workstreams with the broader account team to ensure milestones are met and expectations are clearly communicated.
Overseeing activity reports and analysing media coverage and social sentiment to produce comprehensive, insightful coverage recaps that showcase the campaign’s global impact.
Media Relations, Writing & Pitching
Producing storylines and pitches, and independently taking them out to your network of specialist esports, gaming, B2B, and mainstream media contacts.
Crafting and refining core media materials, including press releases, media alerts, spokespeople briefing documents, and written Q&As.
Proactively identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with key journalists, and organising regular meetings to pitch stories.
Onsite Support
Providing critical, hands-on media and PR support during peak tournament and event windows.
Traveling and working onsite for key portions of the campaign, specifically between July and August and in November.
