Job Description

This is how you'll make our hotel a special place…

  • You are responsible for the smooth running of Reception shifts and cash handling.
  • You help and supervise the work of Receptionists and ensure that Reception processes are correctly implemented.
  • Thanks to you, our guests are not just satisfied, they become enthusiastic about discovering the hotel and having fun with us.
  • You love surprising guests and personalizing their stay by adding your magic touch.
  • Always positive, you have a talent for handling guest complaints by offering them an appropriate solution.
  • You stay calm – even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in.
  • You develop your team's motivation and commitment by creating a good working atmosphere.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality have that special something…

  • You have completed hotel training and already have 4 years of professional experience in Reception.
  • You speak French and English fluently and prove it to our guests from around the world.
  • You are a source of inspiration for your colleagues and guests alike. Furthermore, you know Paris well and its secrets for having fun.
  • You bring not only your skills but also your character.
