Salary conditions
2000 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,600 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation period is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average 1,200 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

In the position of Advisor for Entrepreneurs, your task will be:
- to provide service activities for clients - small entrepreneurs,
- to identify the needs of legal entities and analyze their requirements,
- to provide information and expert advice to clients with the aim of finding an optimal solution,
- to proactively secure and develop long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- to actively search for new business opportunities,
- to constantly educate yourself about news in the world of finance and grow professionally.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- secondary education with a school-leaving exam
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can easily navigate the financial statements of small entrepreneurs,
- you know how to actively use MS Office,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find an optimal solution,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- English language and an economic education are an advantage,
- you are a trustworthy and person of integrity,
- you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
