Salary conditions
2 050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1650 EUR, plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skills, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1200 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Business Client Advisor, your tasks will be:
- providing service activities for clients who are small business owners,
- identifying the needs of legal entities and analyzing those needs,
- providing information and expert advice to clients in order to find the optimal solution,
- proactively establishing and developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively searching for new business opportunities,
- continuously learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.

- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
The position suits candidates with the following education:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- can easily navigate the financial statements of small business owners,
- can actively use MS Office,
- enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- have strong argumentation skills and a business mindset,
- an advantage is English and an economics-related education,
- are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- are willing to work on yourself and develop.
