Salary conditions
2,050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,650 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation period is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

In the position of Business Advisor, your tasks will be:
- providing service activities for clients - small business owners, identifying the needs of legal entities, and analyzing their requirements,
- providing information and expert advice to clients with the aim of finding an optimal solution,
- proactively securing and developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively seeking new business opportunities,
- constantly learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- secondary education with a school-leaving exam
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can easily navigate the accounting statements of small businesses,
- you know how to actively use MS Office,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find an optimal solution,
- you have strong argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- English language and an economic education are an advantage,
- you are a trustworthy and reliable person,
- you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
