Job Description
What does your workday look like ...
- You perform preventive maintenance work and minor repairs.
- You ensure careful handling of the hotel's technical systems and work equipment.
- You ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems and perform repairs to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.
- You work closely with external service providers and coordinate their assignments.
- You support technical projects and take responsibility for their implementation.
- You conduct safety inspections and regular facility walkthroughs.
- You take on on-call duties.
- You participate in daily team briefings.
- You work respectfully and appreciatively with your team.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have completed training in a technical profession (e.g., electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, mechatronics, or a comparable field) and ideally have already gained some experience in a hotel or in technical building management.
- You have a good technical understanding and enjoy analyzing problems and finding practical solutions.
- You value keeping technical systems, facilities, and guest areas in perfect condition at all times.
- You enjoy working behind the scenes, but also take pleasure in friendly and service-oriented interaction with guests and colleagues.
- You work independently, set priorities, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic work environment.
- You are reliable, willing to pitch in, and take responsibility.
- You bring not only your technical skills but also your personality and team spirit.
