Purpose and job description
We are currently looking for an experienced manager for our branch in Šamorín at VÚB.
As the director of our branch, you will:
- manage the business activities of your team with the goal of selling retail products and services to clients based on a high-quality advisory approach,
- actively recruit and select employees for your team, ensuring their stabilization and development,
- be responsible for meeting targets and the overall operation of the branch,
- manage the costs and risks (mainly operational) of the business location within assigned competencies.
Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- high school with a school-leaving exam (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
- Number of years of experience: min. 2-3
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
- at least 3 years of experience in selling financial products,
- at least 2 years of experience in people management in retail,
- demonstrable results in meeting business plans from the past,
- strong goal orientation,
- customer-oriented approach,
- excellent organizational and communication skills,
- ability to learn quickly,
- integrity,
- active knowledge of English is an advantage,
- active driver.
