Salary conditions
2,100 EUR/month
We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.
Purpose and job description
What we expect from you
- We are currently looking for an experienced manager for our Hlohovec branch at VÚB.
As the Director of our branch, you will:
-
manage the business activities of your team with the goal of selling retail products and services to clients, based on a high-quality advisory approach,
-
manage the active recruitment and selection of employees for your team, their stabilization, and development,
-
be responsible for meeting plans and the overall operation of the branch,
-
manage the costs and risks (mainly operational) of the business location within assigned competencies.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the position: sales of financial products
- Years of experience: 3

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you have:

at least 3 years of experience in selling financial products,

at least 2 years of experience in people management in retail,

proven results in meeting business plans from the past,

strong goal orientation,

customer-oriented mindset,

excellent organizational and communication skills,

ability to learn quickly,
