Job Description
How does your working day look like …

Attend work as scheduled, including varied shifts throughout the week and weekends, and participate in all scheduled training sessions.

Perform daily duties efficiently and productively while consistently meeting the hotel's service and quality standards.

Assist with daily opening, setup, and closing procedures for the bar or coffee station.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the hotel's recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment properly and safely.

Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages served.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service while responding promptly to guest requests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in front of and behind the bar, including workstations, counters, equipment, and floors during service.

Clean, stock, and organize glassware, cups, utensils, and other service items throughout the shift.

Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, condiments, fruits, juices, soft drinks, and other beverage supplies as required.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, wastage, or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Ensure the back-of-house areas, storage areas, and beverage stations remain clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.

Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Participate in scheduled cleaning activities and follow the cleaning checklists provided by the Bar Manager or supervisors.

Follow all hotel policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and departmental guidelines.

Complete assigned side duties and support other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Management or Supervisory Team.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role.

Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, and basic barista equipment.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-
Good command of English.
