Salary terms
1 650 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 450 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you. For working in a shopping center, we will also reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE:
- contributing to sales support and collaborating with the team,
- looking for opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
- providing information and expert advice to clients,
- carrying out cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- performing client service operations and handling cash responsibly,
- taking part in administrative activities,
- continuously educating yourself on developments in finance and growing professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Up to 100 EUR monthly as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (III. pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
- experience working with cash
- Years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita),
- have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
- enjoy communicating,
- are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
- have a business-minded spirit,
- are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- are willing to work on yourself and develop.
