Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL INCLUDE:
- contributing to sales support and working with the team,
- looking for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- providing information and expert advice to clients,
- performing cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- carrying out client service operations and handling cash responsibly,
- participating in administrative activities,
- continuously educating yourself on developments in finance and growing professionally.
What you can expect from us

- A performance reward. Once a year you will receive a bonus, the amount of which depends on meeting company and your individual goals.
- Meal allowance fully paid by the employer, with no contribution from the employee.

- A credit at VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 EUR, which increases with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (Pillar III).

- 190 EUR per year as a clothing allowance.

Required experience
The position suits candidates with the following education:
- secondary education with a maturita (high school) diploma
- experience in the position/field
- experience handling cash
- Years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least secondary education with a maturita diploma,

- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
