Job Description

  1. Primary purpose and responsibility of the position:

  • Ensure the execution of transactional, administrative, and client reception activities in the branch, while maintaining an appropriate level of service

  • Manage all activities related to the management and development of Classic clients with the goal of achieving assigned economic, commercial, and risk management targets, through appropriate service levels, in accordance with the Bank's general guidelines and policies

  1. Specific work tasks:

  • Commercially develop relevant clients and provide investment advice

  • Provide insurance offerings (life and non-life), assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions to ensure comprehensive financial protection*

  • Ensure the proper disbursement of loans and continuous monitoring of approved loans to clients

  • Ensure efficient service to clients in the branch, directing them according to their needs and providing assistance with the use of automated services (e.g., ATMs/MTA, internet banking, etc.), while encouraging the migration of transactions typically performed at the counter to alternative channels

  • Provide teller/transactional services, with a focus on efficiency and quality, and ensure an appropriate level of customer service

Receiving client payments in foreign currency and foreign currency transfer orders abroad

  • Ensure the execution of operational and administrative branch activities, including the management of assisted teller services and ATM/MTA equipment

  • Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Required Experience

Previous work experience in the same or similar positions is preferred.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

  • Preferred University degree (VSS/VŠS) or High School diploma (SSS) in economics or another appropriate social science field.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) and basic knowledge of the English language.
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to reason clearly and logically.
  • Developed communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork, structure, organization, proactivity, and a focus on results.
