Job Description and Purpose
- Providing professional service to clients regarding banking products and services.
- Identifying and understanding clients' financial needs and providing expert advice and solutions.
- Performing transactions and currency exchange operations – working with cash.
- Active participation in achieving sales targets.
- Daily collaboration with colleagues from different parts of the Bank and teamwork.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- University degree/higher education in finance, economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in banking or sales is desirable, but not mandatory.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Developed communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- High level of expertise and commitment to providing excellent customer service and sales skills.
