Tasks you will become an expert in:

- Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
- Presenting digital banking channels (mobile app and online banking) and supporting their use.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending products that match them.
- Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
- If necessary, substituting for currency and forint cashier colleagues.
