Salary conditions
1,600 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,400 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation period is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

YOUR TASK AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE:
- to participate in sales support and cooperate with the team,
- to look for opportunities for the sale of all banking products and services,
- to provide information and professional advice to clients,
- to perform cash and currency exchange operations,
- to perform service client operations, work responsibly with cash,
- to participate in administrative activities,
- to constantly educate yourself about news in the world of finance and grow professionally.

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least secondary education with a school-leaving exam,
- you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
