Salary conditions
1 650 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 450 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE TO:
- contribute to supporting sales and cooperate with the team,
- look for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- provide information and expert advice to clients,
- carry out cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
- take part in administrative tasks,
- continuously educate yourself about developments in the world of finance and grow professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (third pillar).
