About the role:
Welcome to the cool American world of TOMMY HILFIGER. We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can deliver an exceptional customer experience and oversee key operational functions, drive performance, and maintain an efficient and motivated team, while promoting and upholding the standards of our iconic brand, all under the direction of our fantastic Store Manager. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll hold a key management position: you'll implement business strategies, ensure daily sales targets are met, and foster a motivating and inclusive work environment within the team. You are:

Customer experience specialist: Enhance every customer interaction with a warm and helpful attitude, and spark conversations that drive sales and create a passion for the brand.

Key holder and operational leader: As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, tracking daily performance, coaching associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Brand ambassador: Stay on top of our new campaigns and product launches, and promote our brand vision to our customers, creating lifelong brand advocates.

Proactive team player: Work the sales floor handling new inventory processing, restocking, and cash operations, and more.

Social influencer: Demonstrate pride, dedication, and passion for our brand and our customers.
What you'll bring:

A friendly attitude and strong organizational and time management skills.

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or a similar leadership position requiring key holder responsibilities.
